Chef Dedee guides everyone through the process then we all sit down for a formal dinner at your dining table

  The Italian Diva will bring all the necessary cookware and food items.  All you do is provide your kitchen.

The following menu is for private “in home” cooking classes whereby the “host” chooses one item from each section.  All guests are interactively involved in the preparation

1. Proscuitto e Mushroom Ravioli con Salsa Cremora al Burro – $87 pp

Classic dish made of fresh pasta with a rich filling of proscuitto, baby spinach and exotic mushrooms tossed in a creamy butter sauce

 

2. Melanzane con Pasta  Fresco al Bolgnese - $87 pp

Slices of organic baby eggplant layered with handmade egg pasta, baked in a rich tasting Bolognese sauce topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano.

 

3. Quattro Formaggi - $87 pp

Delicate pasta pillows filled with four imported Italian cheeses topped topped with a hearty Ragu sauce

 

4. Gnocchi de Napoli - $87 pp

An original “Diva” recipe of little dumplings made with potatoes, tossed with either a garlicky pesto or a marinara sauce

 

5. Pumpkin Ravioli in a Burnt Butter Hazelnut Sauce - $87 pp

Miniature pies of handmade egg pasta filled with organic pumpkin, nestled in a burnt butter and hazelnut sauce

 

6. Vitello con Prosciutto Manicotti - $97 pp

A classic pasta dish filled with ground veal laced with prosciutto baked in a meaty ragu sauce

 

7. Pollo Involtini alla Calabria- $87 pp

Organic chicken breasts filled with uncured soppressata, baby spinach, tomatoes in a white wine with wild mushrooms

 8. Pollo Saltimbocca de Roma - $87 pp

Organic chicken breasts topped with imported prosciutto, Asiago cheese, and finished with fresh sage and a Marsala wine sauce

 

9. Braciole de Sicilia - $97 pp

Tenderized beef rolls filled with imported prosciutto, toasted pistachios, imported Brie, slowly braised in a rich Marinara sauce

 

10. Gamberi Fra Diavolo - $97 pp

Jumbo wild caught shrimp marinated in a peppery glaze of Sherry wine, then finished with fresh Campari tomatoes

Private Event Policy

All private events have a 7 guest minimum and a maximum of 10 guests.   Add on traveling fees adjusted to distance. 

NOTE: Classes are unable to cater to all those who are gluten or lactose intolerant
